HR 102, RR 15, BP 120/80, Oral Temp 100.8, O2 Sat 100% on RA.

WBC 8, H/H 10/30 (at baseline), plt 240
Diff neutro 4%, bands 1%
CMP/cxr/ekg/Ua unremarkable. blood/urine cx’s sent.
The patient lives by herself and has trouble keeping track of her medications and appointments.
