Our original case was that of a 59YO F with CP and SOB. She had a significantly abnormal EKG. Here are some additional pieces of information you obtain as part of her workup… Does this affect your interpretation of the EKG? What about the DDx?

D-dimer comes back weakly positive 0.59. Otherwise the rest of the labs (CBC, CMP, troponin) were normal.
