– Trendelenberg
– Check the catheter
– Calcium/Bicarb
– Renal?
– Other acidosis?
– EKG/SONO
– Effusion, arrhythmia…
– Cardioversion

Extras:
– The Odd Affect
– Psych. Thyroid. SVT (OCP. LP with pressure).

– IM Workup

Valium, Zantac, Zofran, Magnesium. Smile. Acknowledge their concerns. Be honest.
