So my rough read and best guess is as follows
rate: slow
rhythm: sinus
axis: normal
intervals: grossly normal pr and qt
morphology:concerning for possible Osborn wave in v5 poss biphasic t wave in v3 poss peaked t in v4
Lvh by sokolow lyon criteria
scary DX:
bradycardia and osborn wave concerning for hypothermia.
